Ask and it is given

Esther and Jerry Hicks bring us the best of all of Hicks books “Ask and it is given“. When people hear word ‘manifestation’ they immediately think of money, house, cars etc., If that were true then only happy people on this planet would be those with lot of money, big houses and Ferrari’s. History is filled with proof that this is not true. Material possession may be part of being happy but it is not the only way to happiness. This book contains best description of law of attraction and its role in our lives in attracting money, relations, health, jobs and literally anything that we need. Most importantly, book is a testimony of the love with which it is given to the world. The very first chapter in this book is titled – “The power of feeling good now – You only hear what you are ready to hear“. I found this book when I was going through lot of internal struggle. A struggle that we usually go through when our dream is fulfilled and we do not know what’s next and believe me this is the scariest place to be. Abraham, a group consciousness from the non-physical dimension (as defined by Hicks) are said to have conveyed their messages through Esther and Jerry’s writings. I am not really interested in whether this is true or not but what I was interested was that this book came into my consciousness right when I needed it. I did not apply techniques that are taught in this book’s second section which is dedicated to processes but I got more comfort than I can describe in the first section itself. What impressed me the most is the the love with which the message is delivered (makes you believe that this is really from a non-physical entity).
